Return & Refund Policy
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me at sales@sewrevamp.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to provide a reason.
Condition of returned items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, I'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so I can make it right.
Exceptions — items that cannot be returned. The following items are exempt from returns:
- Gift cards
Refunds Once I've received and inspected your return, I'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, I'll refund your original payment method — including the original standard delivery charge — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
