Shipping Policy

I use Royal Mail for all UK, EU, and international orders.

United Kingdom Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • £5.00 — Orders up to 2.5 kg (Standard, 3–5 business days)
  • £10.00 — Orders between 2.6 kg and 4.5 kg (Standard, 3–5 business days)
  • £15.00 — Orders between 4.6 kg and 6.0 kg (Standard, 3–5 business days)

United Kingdom: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Choose your preferred delivery speed at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Standard — £5.00 (3–5 working days)
  • Royal Mail Tracked — £10.00 (2–3 working days)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £15.00 (1–2 working days)

Europe

  • Royal Mail International Standard (7-14 working days)
  • Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days)
  • Royal Mail International Tracked Express (3-5 working days)

United States

  • Royal Mail International Standard (10-14 working days)
  • Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days)
  • Royal Mail International Tracked Express (3-5 working days)

Please note: Most US orders under $800 USD are not subject to import duties under the US de minimis threshold. For US orders, any applicable sales tax is calculated and collected automatically at checkout — there are no surprise charges on delivery.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please get in touch with me at sales@sewrevamp.co.uk within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
